why we started vessel
Vessel Contrast Therapy was founded by Tyler & Morgan out of a shared passion for recovery and the life-changing benefits of feeling good in your own body. This is a local, small business built on services we truly believe in. Every technology and offering at Vessel was carefully selected to deliver clear, science-backed contrast therapy without fluff.
Tyler’s love of adventure – surfing, snowboarding, skydiving – took a turn after a surfing injury and two hip surgeries. In rebuilding his body, he discovered cold plunges and contrast therapy, which helped reduce pain, ease inflammation, and accelerate recovery. Today, it’s central to his active lifestyle.
Morgan brings a holistic wellness perspective as a yoga instructor, marathon runner, colon hydrotherapist, and founder of Radiate Wellness. She prioritizes simple, effective routines, using contrast therapy to optimize performance, minimize injury, and support overall vitality.
Together, Tyler and Morgan created Vessel to share these life-changing wellness rituals with the Wilmington community – helping locals recover, perform, and thrive with the same tools they rely on themselves.
